More than twenty-five (25) million people in Nigeria do not know where their next meal will come from.
Thousands of children face health challenges that turn fatal solely due to hospital fees.
Founded on June 9th by a circle of women friends who refused to look away.

Reliable Sisters Relief Foundation began with a shared conviction: when extreme poverty and medical emergencies strike vulnerable communities in Nigeria, compassion cannot afford to wait for bureaucracy.
Registered in Nigeria as an Incorporated Trustee (NGO), we mobilize our own personal resources, voices, and networks into direct, hands-on relief. We don't manage from afar. We personally visit public health clinics, internally displaced persons (IDP) camps, orphanages, community schools, old people's homes, and correctional facilities.
Donating pediatric medicines and hospital consumables so vulnerable patients receive urgent, free care without being turned away for lack of funds.
Distributing staple food baskets, grains, cooking oil, and clean drinking water directly to families and displaced mothers battling acute hunger.
Reaching into correctional centers, eldercare homes, and orphanages with essential supplies, warm presence, and unconditional human respect.
A life saved through compassion.
How a single healthcare outreach bridged the gap between a critically ill child and free emergency medical treatment.
On one occasion, the Reliable Sisters visited a healthcare facility and donated essential medicines and medical supplies to support the treatment of patients.
About an hour after the visit, the housekeeper of one of the Foundation members made a distress call explaining that her seven-year-old child was critically ill and she had no money to take her to the hospital. The member immediately contacted the matron of the health facility to seek assistance for the child.

"The matron responded that since the Reliable Sisters Relief Foundation had just donated medicines to the facility, the child should be brought to the hospital for free treatment."

The child was taken to the hospital without delay, received the necessary medical care, and a few days later she was back in school.
That simple act of kindness and timely intervention saved the life of a seven-year-old child, demonstrating how even a small gesture of compassion can make a difference.
That is what we do at Reliable Sisters Relief Foundation.
Seven pillars of hands-on intervention.
We deploy directly to where public resources fail and human vulnerability is acute.
No bureaucratic delays. No administrative deductions. From primary health clinics and displaced persons camps to neglected eldercare homes and correctional centers, every mission delivers verifiable relief straight into the hands of those in need.
